Ashkelon Man Charged with Sexually Assaulting Daughter Over Five Years

The State Prosecutor's Office has filed charges at the Beersheba District Court against a 41-year-old man from Ashkelon for sexually abusing his minor daughter over approximately five years, starting when she was 12 and a half years old. According to the indictment, beginning in 2021, the accused would approach the victim daily or every other day when other family members were absent or at night, sometimes naked, touching her and occasionally masturbating in front of her. On some occasions, he offered her 100 shekels to perform oral sex, which she refused. After the victim turned 15, the accused raped her and subsequently continued to assault her once or twice a week.
