Hapoel Tel Aviv is set to make another change in its management team by considering Tomer Yaron, the CEO of Hapoel Be'er Sheva basketball club, for a managerial position. Yaron, 51, has led the southern club since 2016, overseeing all departments including the women's team, youth division, and development squad. This potential appointment follows the recent naming of Oren Hasson as chairman of Hapoel Tel Aviv, who previously served as chairman of the Israel Football Association and CEO of the league management.

Meanwhile, the future of Hapoel Be'er Sheva in the Premier League remains uncertain due to financial difficulties. The club's owner, Kfir Erezi, who rarely speaks to the media, confirmed about two weeks ago that the club is at a crossroads regarding its continuation in the top league. Erezi told ynet, "I hope we will be in the Premier League next season. We are trying to organize the budget accordingly. I believe we will succeed in this mission. If I did not believe, I would not continue to try."
