Child Miraculously Unharmed After Being Run Over in Bnei Brak Crosswalk
A dramatic incident in Bnei Brak was captured on security cameras showing a young boy struck by a passing vehicle while retrieving a fallen kippah in a crosswalk. The event occurred as the boy and his mother, an Orthodox Jewish woman pushing a stroller, were crossing the street. After crossing the first part of the crosswalk and reaching a traffic island, the boy’s kippah fell. He ran back onto the road to pick it up and was hit by a car that ran over him. Remarkably, the boy immediately got up on his own and ran back to his mother unharmed. The footage, released on Tuesday, shows the entire incident, which could have ended in serious injury but concluded without harm. Authorities are attempting to identify the vehicle owner. The incident highlights the dangers pedestrians face even in designated crossings.
