Boy Miraculously Survives After Being Run Over in Bnei Brak Street Incident
A young boy in Bnei Brak was miraculously unharmed after being run over by a car on Rebbe Kahaneman Street, his mother recounted in an interview with Rafi Reshef on Channel 12 News. The family was returning from the pool when the boy’s kippah fell off, prompting him to run back onto the road where he was struck by a passing vehicle. The mother described the terrifying moment, saying she initially thought she had lost him and was shaking uncontrollably.
Despite the severity of the incident, the boy stood up with only minor scratches after the car passed over him. Eyewitnesses also expressed disbelief at the boy’s survival without serious injury. The child cried mainly from shock rather than pain. Emergency responders treated him at the scene and transported him to the hospital, where he began to calm down during the ride.
Regarding the driver, the mother said he likely did not see the boy at the moment of impact, which happened within seconds. The driver briefly stopped after the incident but then continued driving; the circumstances of his actions remain unclear. The mother concluded by emphasizing that despite the frightening experience, her son is in excellent condition with only minor scrapes.
