7-Year-Old Boy Injured in Bnei Brak After Being Hit by Car While Crossing Street
A 7-year-old boy was moderately injured on Friday afternoon after being struck by a vehicle while crossing the street on Chazon Ish Street in Bnei Brak. Emergency responders arrived promptly and provided initial medical care before transporting him to Sheba Medical Center in Tel Hashomer. The boy sustained injuries to his head and upper body.
Efi Feldman, a senior medic and head of United Hatzalah's Bnei Brak branch, reported that the child was treated on-site with splints and bandages before being taken to the hospital. Magen David Adom (MDA) received the call at 12:59 PM reporting the incident on Nehemiah Street, and their paramedics also provided treatment and evacuation to Sheba Medical Center.
United Hatzalah medics David Amron and Emmanuel Adler described finding the boy with head and abdominal injuries. They worked alongside MDA personnel to stabilize him before transporting him to the trauma unit for further care. The boy's condition is currently classified as moderate.
