IDF Kills Three Senior Gaza Militants Plotted Immediate Attacks
The IDF said it killed three senior militants in Gaza on Monday who were preparing attacks in the immediate term. The army said the men posed an immediate threat to IDF forces and were eliminated in precise strikes.
Those killed were identified as Tsaslam Hasan Salah and Sami Jamil Abu Dallal, both platoon commanders in Palestinian Islamic Jihad, and Obe Mamoun Salah Farwana, a deputy company commander in Hamas. The military said the operation targeted figures involved in planned attacks against Israeli troops.
Southern Command forces are continuing operations in the area, the IDF said, in order to remove any remaining threat. No further details were provided about the location of the strikes or the planned attacks.
