Havat Gilad Security Team to Attend Funeral of Officer Yuval Ezra Killed in West Bank Attack

The security team from Havat Gilad will participate in the funeral of Lieutenant Colonel Yuval Ezra, who was killed in a shooting attack in northern Samaria (West Bank). Ezra, 27, from Herzliya, served as a battery commander in the 411th Battalion of the Artillery Brigade. He was killed alongside retired Sergeant Major Binyahu Malat, a member of the Havat Gilad security team, during the weekend attack near the settlement.

Representatives from the local community and the Samaria Regional Council will also attend the funeral, where the security team will lay a wreath in Ezra's memory. Samaria Regional Council head Yossi Dagan eulogized Ezra, calling him a heroic officer who gave his life defending the homeland and expressing solidarity with his family and the entire nation.
