Arab Man from Northern Israel Arrested for Inciting Terror Over Gilad Farm Attack Post

A 39-year-old Arab resident of Majd al-Krum in northern Israel was arrested over the weekend on suspicion of incitement to terror and racism. The arrest followed a social media post he made reacting to the attack at Gilad Farm, in which he wrote, "We must hunt them like pigs, may God curse you so that no settler pig remains." Upon receiving the report, Israeli police launched an investigation and obtained the necessary warrants to detain the suspect.

During a search of his home, police seized two fully loaded M-16 magazines, fireworks, over 100,000 shekels in cash, and other items. The suspect was brought in for questioning, and following a police request, his detention was extended by the court. The case highlights ongoing tensions and security concerns related to incitement in the Arab sector following violent incidents in the West Bank.

The police continue to investigate the matter, emphasizing their commitment to preventing incitement and acts of terror. The suspect faces charges including incitement to racism, direct calls for terrorist acts, and additional offenses.
