Hapoel Be'er Sheva Nears Deal to Sell Kings Kangwa to Panathinaikos for 4 Million Euros

Hapoel Be'er Sheva is close to finalizing the transfer of Zambian midfielder Kings Kangwa to Greek club Panathinaikos. The Israeli champions have reportedly received an offer of around 4 million euros from Panathinaikos, which is considered the most serious bid so far. If the deal goes through, Kangwa's upcoming match against Vikingur will likely be his last appearance for Be'er Sheva.

In anticipation of the transfer, Hapoel Be'er Sheva has already begun searching for a foreign central midfielder to replace Kangwa. Panathinaikos is currently competing in the UEFA Conference League qualifiers and is expected to advance to the third qualifying round. Another Greek club, AEK Athens, had also shown interest in Kangwa but cannot register him for the playoff stage as he has already played against Vikingur.

The transfer marks a significant move for both the player and the clubs involved, with Be'er Sheva preparing for Kangwa's departure and Panathinaikos strengthening their squad for European competition.
