Man Arrested for Burglary at 'Queen of Jerusalem' TV Set in Tel Aviv

A 35-year-old resident of Bat Yam has been indicted for breaking into the filming set of the TV series "Queen of Jerusalem" in central Tel Aviv and stealing production equipment valued at approximately 30,000 shekels. The incident occurred on July 14 at an apartment on Shadal Street, which was being used as the series' filming location at the time. Stolen items included a laptop, hard drives, memory cards, tefillin, and other equipment used by the production team and actors.

Tel Aviv police quickly located the suspect carrying a bag containing the stolen property. He was arrested and interrogated, after which all the stolen items were returned to the production company's representatives. It was revealed during the investigation that the suspect was under house arrest when he committed the burglary.

The indictment charges him with unlawful entry into a residence to commit a crime, theft, and violation of a legal order. The police have requested to keep him in custody until the conclusion of legal proceedings.
