Hapoel Tel Aviv to Field Strongest Lineup Against Beitar Jerusalem Ahead of Ludogorets Clash

Hapoel Tel Aviv is set to play its first official match of the season on Saturday evening against Beitar Jerusalem in the Toto Cup, competing for a spot in the semifinals of Israel's third most important football competition. Coach Aliniv Breda plans to start with his strongest available lineup, using the match as a rehearsal for the upcoming two-legged Conference League qualifier against Ludogorets.

Key players expected to start include star winger Stav Toriel on the right flank, defensive midfielders Andrian Kraviev and Palkao, and left-back Doron Leidner. The bench will feature recent summer signings Daniel Dapa, Yonatan Farber, and Itay Shavit, as well as youth promotion Ofer Galbard and backup goalkeeper Roy Barnes.

Breda's decision to field his best squad reflects the importance of preparing for the European qualifiers. However, if Hapoel Tel Aviv does not secure new signings in the coming days, those players will be ineligible to participate in the matches against Ludogorets, as UEFA registration applies to both legs of the qualifier, not just the first game.
