Three Israeli Men Assault Police at Ben Gurion Airport, Wish Them October 7 Tragedy

At Ben Gurion Airport, three Israeli men aged 17, 25, and 26 from Jaffa and Bat Yam caused a disturbance on a plane shortly before its scheduled departure to Frankfurt. The incident occurred after the flight crew reported the unruly behavior, leading to the suspects' arrest minutes later. During the arrest, the men assaulted police officers, including biting them, and shouted, "I hope October 7 happens to you," referencing the date of a significant attack in Israel.

The confrontation resulted in injuries to four police officers and two volunteer officers. According to the police statement, the suspects refused to disembark the aircraft and were taken into custody for questioning. Based on the investigation's needs and findings, the three individuals are scheduled to appear in court the following day for a detention extension hearing.
