Fenerbahce Signs Will Clyburn, Dubai Adds Eli Okobo for EuroLeague Season
Fenerbahce has officially signed forward Will Clyburn to a one-year contract, marking his return to Turkey. The 36-year-old, standing 2.01 meters tall, joins his former Anadolu Efes teammate Shane Larkin, but this time playing for their longtime rival. Last season, Clyburn averaged 13.8 points per game with shooting splits of 53.8% on two-pointers, 38.7% on three-pointers, and 72.6% from the free-throw line, along with 4.2 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Dubai announced the signing of guard Eli Okobo, who spent the past four seasons with Monaco. The 28-year-old, 1.91 meters tall, posted averages of 11.2 points, 4.9 assists, and 2.4 rebounds last season, shooting 47.1% on two-pointers, 33.8% on three-pointers, and 83.7% from the free-throw line. Due to Dubai's ongoing financial difficulties, Okobo is moving to his third EuroLeague team, having previously played for Villeurbanne.
These moves highlight the active transfer market among EuroLeague teams as they prepare for the upcoming season, with clubs finalizing key roster additions to strengthen their squads.
