Religious Zionism MK Moshe Solomon Announces Retirement Citing Party Disagreements

Following the recent retirement announcement of Minister Ofir Sofer, Religious Zionism MK Moshe Solomon declared he will not run in the upcoming party primaries. Solomon expressed on his X social media account that he believes in shared service in the IDF as a fundamental responsibility toward building the state and nation. He stated that when the party chose to abandon these principles, he felt unable to continue representing his constituents as they expect. Solomon also cited recent party votes and his removal from committees due to his ethical stance and public mission as proof that the party's position no longer aligns with his own.
