Nes Ziona Signs Guard Noam Dovrat and Center Jacob Wiley for Upcoming Season
Nes Ziona basketball club has secured agreements with Israeli guard Noam Dovrat and experienced center Jacob Wiley ahead of the next season. Following the high-profile signing of Paris Lee, the team continues to strengthen its roster.
Noam Dovrat, who played college basketball in the United States during the 2025 season, is set to return to Israel after averaging 3.8 points and 1 assist in 8.9 minutes per game. Despite interest from Hapoel Eilat, Dovrat will join Nes Ziona. In his last season in Israel, split between Hapoel Jerusalem and Maccabi Ramat Gan, he averaged 5.2 points and 2.4 assists in 16.5 minutes per game.
Jacob Wiley, a 31-year-old center, will join Nes Ziona for the first time after a diverse international career. Wiley has played in the EuroLeague for Gran Canaria and Panathinaikos. Last season in Puerto Rico, he averaged 12.8 points and 6.1 rebounds per game. The club is also looking to add another center alongside Wiley to bolster their frontcourt.
These signings reflect Nes Ziona's ongoing efforts to build a competitive team for the upcoming Israeli Basketball Premier League season.
