The Prime Minister’s Office, on behalf of the Mossad for Intelligence and Special Operations, announced today, Thursday, that Mossad chief Roman Gofman has decided to appoint A. as Deputy Director of the Mossad and head of the next Operations Directorate. The appointment was approved by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The statement also said that A. has served in a range of positions at the core of operational activity and brings knowledge, experience, and deep familiarity with the organization. A. will assume the post immediately.
