IDF Eliminates Two Hamas Nukhba Commanders in Northern Gaza Airstrike
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) conducted an airstrike on Tuesday night in northern Gaza, killing two senior commanders of Hamas' elite Nukhba unit. Among those killed was Ali Simlah, the deputy commander of a Nukhba platoon, who was involved in training militants for planned attacks against Israeli civilians and IDF forces. The second targeted militant was Nasser Luh, head of a Nukhba cell in the Hamas Tzabra battalion. Both militants posed an immediate threat to IDF troops operating in the area and were eliminated in a precise aerial strike. The IDF Southern Command stated that its forces remain deployed in the region under the existing agreement and will continue to act to neutralize any immediate threats.
