IDF Eliminates Two Hamas Militants in Targeted Airstrikes in Northern Gaza

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) conducted precise airstrikes in northern Gaza, killing two Hamas militants who posed immediate threats to Israeli troops operating in the area. Among those killed were Hassan Al-Razina, who attempted to plant explosives near the 'yellow line' security zone and was involved in planning further terrorist activities against IDF forces, and Mohammad Mahmoud Abed Al-Maati Fiumi, a member of Hamas's Nukhba unit who was actively promoting imminent terror attacks against Israeli soldiers.

The strikes followed intelligence reports identifying these militants as direct threats to the safety of Israeli forces. The IDF Southern Command stated that its troops remain deployed in the area according to existing agreements and will continue to act to neutralize any immediate dangers.

Additionally, last week, the IDF eliminated Mohammad Emad Al-Rahman Abu Taima in southern Gaza. Abu Taima, a key commander in Hamas's Nukhba unit, played a significant role in the October 7 massacre at Kibbutz Nir Am, participating actively in terrorist attacks against civilians. His killing was also carried out through a targeted airstrike based on intelligence indicating an immediate threat to Israeli forces.

These operations represent a significant achievement in the ongoing efforts by the Southern Command to dismantle Hamas's command structure and protect soldiers from imminent attacks in the Gaza Strip.
