Phoenix and Ashtrom Launch New Culinary and Lifestyle Hub in Rishon Lezion
Phoenix and Ashtrom Properties have signed cooperation agreements to develop a new culinary and lifestyle complex within the RISHO project at the Alef compound in Rishon Lezion. The partnership will bring leading restaurant groups to the site, including Ruti Brodau's Coffee Bar and Delicatessen Bakery, as well as the Nono group’s restaurants, Giraf and Nono-Mimi, owned by Dovav Levinson and Viki Bona.
The culinary and lifestyle area will be part of the Phoenix campus at Alef, spanning 1,500 square meters and featuring restaurants, cafes, street food stalls, and more. The iconic Coffee Bar, which operated for many years in Tel Aviv before closing, will reopen with approximately 600 square meters of space alongside a bakery branch of the Delicatessen.
Additionally, the Nono group will open its first Nono-Mimi branch in Rishon Lezion and relocate its Giraf restaurant from the Cinema City complex in the city to the Alef compound, occupying around 400 square meters. This development aims to enhance the dining options and lifestyle offerings in the area.
