Raviva and Celia Culinary Empire Opens Two New Venues in Tel Aviv's Upscale Tzahala Neighborhood

After nearly 40 years in Israeli culinary arts, the Raviva and Celia brand is expanding with two new locations in the heart of Tzahala, a prestigious residential neighborhood in Tel Aviv. The first venue, a kiosk offering sandwiches, pastries, and light meals, has already opened in a small commercial center near the local post office. This kiosk features a welcoming design with white ceramic tiles, outdoor seating, and a menu that includes classic sandwiches, fresh juices, gluten-free cakes, and soon, breads and vegetable pancakes. The kiosk aims to provide a relaxed, all-day dining experience for neighborhood residents.

In about a month, a new restaurant named "The Passage" is set to open in the same complex, replacing the former Beta Cafe. This neighborhood restaurant will operate from morning until evening, seating around 80 guests, and will feature beautiful ceramic decor and an outdoor deck serving local wines in the evening. The restaurant will be managed by Or Cohen, who has a decade of experience running Beta Cafe and is familiar with the community's needs. Together, the kiosk and the upcoming restaurant are intended to become the social and culinary hub of Tzahala's commercial area.

All baked goods and dishes are handmade following the traditional standards that have defined Raviva and Celia since its inception as a small patisserie in Ramat Hasharon. The kiosk operates daily from 7:00 to 19:00, with shorter hours on Fridays, and is not kosher. The expansion reflects the brand's evolution from a small coffee cart to a leading culinary institution in Israel.
