Phoenix and Ashtrom Properties Launch Culinary and Lifestyle Complex in Rishon Lezion
Phoenix Real Estate and Ashtrom Properties have signed cooperation agreements to develop a new culinary and lifestyle complex in the Alef compound in Rishon Lezion. The initial phase of the culinary area will cover approximately 1,500 square meters and feature restaurants, cafes, and culinary concepts, including the reopening of Ruti Brodov's coffee bar restaurant, a bakery-deli, and more. Additionally, the complex will include an art museum.
The project highlights Rishon Lezion as an emerging growth center, attracting notable culinary entrepreneurs like Ruti Brodov, who chose to reopen her venue there amid Tel Aviv's saturation. The development aims to blend gastronomy with cultural experiences, enhancing the lifestyle offerings in the area.
Separately, the Eretz Israel Museum in Tel Aviv recently opened an exhibition titled "Judgment Day" by artist Neta Harari Navon, curated by Yelena Elgart-Sharon. The centerpiece is an oil painting on wood panels created between 2018 and 2022, engaging with medieval and Renaissance traditions of Judgment Day imagery.
In community news, Ashdod Port's management team participated in a volunteer day at the "Latet" organization’s logistics center, packing around 1,000 food packages for families in need. This reflects ongoing corporate social responsibility efforts in the region.
In corporate appointments, Sheli Lenzman joined the board of energy storage company Airangi, bringing experience as former CEO of Microsoft Israel and co-founder of NED Group. Additionally, CPA Yoav Lavi was appointed CFO of Inrom Construction Industries, following a 26-year tenure at KPMG in senior advisory roles.
