Dan Glazer Signs Two-Year Deal to Return to Maccabi Tel Aviv
Dan Glazer has agreed to a two-year contract with Maccabi Tel Aviv, including an option for a third season, and will be officially presented within the next 24 hours at Kiryat Shalom. The signing follows over a week of negotiations, during which it was agreed that Glazer will earn approximately 350,000 euros per season. The transfer was finalized after Maccabi Tel Aviv settled a transfer fee of around 200,000 euros with Kazakhstan's Kairat, Glazer's previous club.
Despite significant interest from Beitar Jerusalem and Maccabi Netanya, Glazer chose to return to Maccabi Tel Aviv, where he developed as a player and was previously named the Israeli Premier League Player of the Season. A key factor in securing the deal was a conversation between Glazer and Maccabi's sporting director, Steven Vanharon, who promised him a significant role in the team's rotation.
