Neighbors Describe Reclusive Couple After Fatal Domestic Incident in Petah Tikva

A couple was found dead in their Petah Tikva apartment on Thursday, leaving their four children orphaned. Neighbors described the couple, who had lived in the building for about two years, as extremely private and rarely seen. "They were the kind of people we barely saw them," one neighbor told reporters, adding that he did not even know their last name. The couple reportedly led a quiet life, with no audible arguments or disturbances reported. The neighbor mentioned that the wife worked at Beit Rivka, but was unsure of her specific role. Security footage from the building showed the husband leaving the premises, but the incident inside the apartment was not captured. Authorities suspect the husband murdered his wife before taking his own life. The couple's eldest daughter, aged 12, reportedly discovered her mother's body. The husband's body was found a few hundred meters from the apartment.
