Teen Fled Municipal Patrol Vehicle in Petah Tikva, Was Hit, and Escaped

An unusual video circulating on social media shows an incident that occurred overnight in Petah Tikva, where a teenager riding a scooter was struck by a municipal patrol vehicle while attempting to flee. The incident began when the municipal security team responded to reports of disturbances and public disorder late at night. According to an informed source, several teenagers on scooters provoked the team. One teenager, riding close to the patrol car, suddenly braked and was hit by the vehicle. The patrol car moved a short distance and remained in the area, with additional teams called to the scene. Witnesses noted that the injured teenager left the scene on a different scooter. The female inspector driving the patrol vehicle gave a statement to the police, who have launched an investigation. The case will be transferred to the traffic accident investigators unit. The Petah Tikva Municipality stated that the security team arrived due to public disorder and dangerous behavior.
