Jerusalem Police Stop Car Carrying Infant on Mother's Lap and Four Unrestrained Children

During a focused traffic enforcement operation in the Jerusalem district, police officers were shocked to find a vehicle transporting a two-month-old infant on the mother's lap in the front seat without any safety restraint.
