Israeli Police Stop Car Carrying Infant on Mother's Lap and Four Unbuckled Children

During a routine traffic enforcement operation in Jerusalem, police officers from the traffic division were shocked to find a vehicle carrying a two-month-old infant on the mother's lap without any safety seat. Additionally, four other children were in the back seat standing on the seats without seat belts. The mother held the infant during the drive, violating basic road safety laws. The driver was issued a summons for legal proceedings.
