Iran Advances Talks with Oman on Strait of Hormuz Fee Collection
Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Arib Abadi announced that a "specialist delegation" from Tehran will stay in Qatar for two days, according to state media. He emphasized that the delegation's visit is not intended for meetings with U.S. representatives who will also be in Qatar. Concurrently, Abadi reported progress in discussions between Iran and Oman regarding the collection of fees in the Strait of Hormuz. Earlier, he stated that "understandings have been reached" with Oman on this matter.
