Maccabi Haifa Demands Around 5 Million Euros for Goalkeeper Georgiy Yermakov Amid Ukrainian Interest

Maccabi Haifa is reportedly demanding approximately 5 million euros for their 24-year-old goalkeeper Georgiy Yermakov, according to Ukrainian media. Yermakov has been a long-standing target for FC Kharkiv, but until now, he has been under contract with Maccabi Haifa and aimed to move to a bigger league. Recent reports from Ukraine indicate that Yermakov is reconsidering and is willing to return to his home country, though Maccabi Haifa's asking price remains very high.

Yermakov was first called up to the Ukrainian national team squad a few weeks ago and was on the bench for two friendly matches against Poland and Denmark. He was one of the standout players for Maccabi Haifa in the past season. The club acquired him about two years ago, but he spent his first season on loan at Oleksandriya in Ukraine.
