Oppo has officially launched its new flagship smartphone, the Find X10 Pro Max, in Israel, imported by Ronlight. The device replaces the traditional Pro model in the premium series with an expanded Max configuration. It is priced at 6,499 shekels for the 12GB RAM and 512GB storage model.

The standout feature of the Find X10 Pro Max is its camera system, developed in collaboration with Hasselblad. It boasts three 200-megapixel rear cameras, each with a large 1/1.3-inch sensor for the main camera, a 1/1.56-inch sensor for the ultra-wide, and another 1/1.56-inch sensor for the periscope telephoto lens. The main camera has an f/1.5 aperture and optical image stabilization (OIS), while the telephoto lens offers 3x optical zoom and macro capabilities from 10 cm. The system utilizes DeepPix technology and LUMO engines for color and light processing, with a second-generation color reproduction system for accuracy in complex lighting. The camera app includes unique filters like "Amber" and "Vibrant." An optional external Hasselblad Teleconverter lens is available for extended zoom, though its digital zoom performance up to 120x with AI completion was noted as unimpressive.

In terms of video, the phone supports 8K recording at 30fps on all rear cameras, 4K at 120fps with Dolby Vision, and 8K Log at 30fps with Open Gate format for editing flexibility. The front camera is a 50-megapixel sensor with autofocus, capable of 4K video at 60fps.

Performance is driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro processor, built on a 2nm process, featuring high-speed cores for improved CPU performance and energy efficiency. The accompanying G2-Ultra NX GPU offers enhanced graphics performance with ray tracing capabilities. The device also includes dual Neural Processing Units (NPUs) for AI tasks. The phone runs ColorOS 17 based on Android 17 and features Oppo's Laminar Flow Engine for smooth operation. Its display is a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED with a 1272x2772 resolution, 10-bit color depth, 2,000 nits peak brightness, and a variable refresh rate of 1-120Hz (up to 144Hz in supported games).

The Find X10 Pro Max is powered by a large 8,000 mAh silicon-carbon battery, supporting 80W wired SuperVOOC charging and 50W wireless charging. The phone's construction includes an aluminum frame and a matte glass back, with IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. The first 150 buyers in Israel will receive a bundle including a 50W wireless charger, aramid case, and Buds3 Pro earphones. They can also purchase the telephoto lens for 499 shekels instead of 1,500 shekels. The device is expected to be available in early November. The author attended the launch event in Mallorca as a guest of Ronlight.
