New data for the Hebrew year 5782 (2021-2022) reveals significant disparities in military conscription and national-civilian service enrollment across Israeli local authorities, with notable differences between men and women. For female conscription into the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), the local council of Omer led with a 100% enlistment rate, followed by Kfar Yona (97.2%), Tel Mond (95.7%), and Ganei Tikva (95.6%).

Conversely, ultra-Orthodox (Haredi) communities showed near-zero or zero enlistment rates for women. Beit El recorded 0%, Modi'in Illit 0.1%, Beitar Illit 0.3%, Elad 0.9%, Bnei Brak 1.3%, and Rekhasim 1.6%. Similar patterns were observed for male conscription, with Tel Mond, Ariel, Mazkeret Batya, and Brenner among the top-ranking authorities. However, Haredi communities like Rekhasim (4.9%), Modi'in Illit (6.4%), and Bnei Brak (7.7%) were at the bottom of the male enlistment table.

In terms of voluntary national-civilian service, Shomron and Beit El led in female volunteer rates, with 88.7% and 87.6% respectively. For male volunteers, Arab and Bedouin communities showed the highest rates, with Bir al-Maksur leading at 45.9%, followed by Shibli-Umm al-Ghanam (38.9%) and Zarzir (37.1%).

Authorities with zero voluntary national-civilian service enrollment for women included Modi'in Illit, Ganei Tikva, and Oranit. Beitar Illit and Rekhasim also had very low rates.
