Rami Levy Cheese-Filled Bourekas Recalled Over Suspected Metal Contamination
The Israeli Ministry of Health has announced a recall of cheese-filled bourekas branded by Rami Levy Shikma Marketing due to suspected metal foreign objects. The product, manufactured by Yinon Food Production and Marketing Ltd., is being withdrawn from the market as a precaution. The affected items include bourekas with a barcode of 7290002735847, produced on June 22 and June 24, 2026, with expiration dates of June 22 and June 24, 2027, respectively. Each package contains 800 grams. Yinon confirmed the recall following the suspicion of metal contamination in the product.
