The documentary film "We Will Dance Again," directed by Yariv Mozer, which chronicles the massacre at the Nova music festival, has been sold for broadcast in Italy. The film will be shown on Rete 4, a major channel belonging to the Mediaset group, with its premiere coinciding with the third anniversary of the October 7th attacks. In addition to its debut, the film will also be featured in the channel's weekly magazine programs. International distribution company Osmosis handled the sale.

Italy joins a growing list of countries where the film has been broadcast. On the first anniversary of the massacre, it premiered simultaneously on HOT8 in Israel, BBC in the UK, and Paramount+ in the United States. German network RTL also aired the film during prime time.

The partnership with the BBC generated particular interest, as Mozer revealed in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter that Hamas would not be described as a terrorist organization in the version broadcast by the British network. The film reconstructs the massacre minute by minute, utilizing testimonies from over a dozen survivors, recordings from participants' phones, videos from Hamas terrorists' body cameras, voice messages left for loved ones, and security camera footage.

Among the stories featured are those of Aner Shapira, who was murdered while attempting to protect others by throwing grenades back, and Hersh Goldberg-Polin, who was abducted and later found murdered after nearly a year in captivity. In June 2025, "We Will Dance Again" won a News and Documentary Emmy Award for Outstanding Current Affairs Documentary and was also nominated for editing. During his acceptance speech, Mozer dedicated the award to the return of the hostages, called for an end to the war, and strongly criticized the government. Previously, the film received the Television Academy Honors award and two awards at the DocEdge festival in New Zealand, and was nominated for an American Producers Guild Award. In Israel, the film is available on HOT and NextTV.
