The event will celebrate British rock bands and artists who have shaped the genre over the years. Musician and producer Amir Gabriel is behind the initiative, aiming to honor British musical heritage. Gabriel described London as more than a city, calling it a genre in itself and seeking to capture its musical magic and power on stage.
The festival's schedule begins with doors opening at 5:00 PM. Four tribute shows will follow: at 6:00 PM, Sting Operation will perform a tribute to The Police; at 7:00 PM, Yadayadas will perform a tribute to David Bowie; at 8:00 PM, Old School will play songs by Led Zeppelin; and at 9:00 PM, Ordinary Men will close the evening with a Pink Floyd tribute.
The festival aims to provide the Israeli audience with a live music experience in a festive atmosphere, blending nostalgia with the great sounds and moments of British rock across generations. This comes at a time when many artists are boycotting Israel or unable to tour there, while still performing worldwide. Ticket prices range from 109 shekels in advance to 129 shekels at full price, available on the "Green Bear" complex's official website.
