Israeli police and the General (Shin Bet) announced the arrest of Muhammad Fahmi Muhammad Khalaf, a 25-year-old Israeli citizen from Baka al-Gharbiyya. He is suspected of contacting Iranian intelligence agents and carrying out assignments for them.

According to the investigation, Khalaf allegedly established contact online with an operative from an enemy entity and, in exchange for monetary reward, completed several tasks as instructed. Authorities stated this is another instance of Iranian intelligence recruiting Israeli citizens for activities detrimental to Israel's security.

Police and the Shin Bet urged citizens to exercise caution when interacting with unknown individuals online and to report suspicious offers or requests to security forces.
