Settlements in Northern Samaria Build Security Belt for Israeli Cities

Thousands of Israeli families visited northern Samaria during the intermediate days of the Passover holiday, with many touring new farms and settlements. Religious Zionism party leader Bezalel Smotrich addressed the crowds, emphasizing the area's proximity to cities like Afula and Kfar Saba. The party estimates over 50,000 people visited these sites throughout the holiday.

Smotrich stated, "Great joy to see the masses, thousands coming to see with their own eyes the settlement revolution in northern Samaria. Marching from Ganim to Kadim, traveling to Homesh, to Sa-Nur, getting excited, breathing the peak air of the return to northern Samaria, and not only."

He called for continued settlement expansion, the cancellation of the Oslo Accords, the dismantling of the Palestinian Authority in Ramallah, the collection of weapons in the region, and the imposition of Israeli sovereignty. "To ensure this is our land forever. Thanks to the masses who came to see, connect, and support," Smotrich added.

The event concluded with a festive gathering in Kadim, a settlement evacuated during the 2005 disengagement from Gaza and northern Samaria, alongside the settlement of Ganim.
