Two new foreign players for the Hapoel Holon basketball team, Leicester Madford and Skylar Weeks, have arrived in Israel and are scheduled to undergo medical examinations on Wednesday. Their arrival comes just before the team's participation in the Winner Cup classification games.
Madford and Weeks are expected to complete their medical tests on Wednesday. The team is preparing to face Hapoel Eilat on Wednesday in a classification match for the Winner Cup, following their previous 83-80 victory over Ramat Gan.
Meanwhile, two current players, Rivaldo Soares and Sam Iorio, will miss the game against Eilat due to minor injuries. Soares is dealing with groin sensitivity, and Iorio has a leg contusion. Both are expected to return to full activity soon.
Another player, Caldwell Harris, missed the last two days of practice due to illness but may still play against Eilat. Hapoel Holon is set to begin its league season on October 11th against Hapoel Jerusalem, followed by games against Eilat and Beersheba.
