The story · English

Fattal Hotels has opened a new luxury property, The Yacht, next to its Herods Herzliya hotel on the Herzliya marina. The new hotel was built in partnership with the private real estate group Yitzhaki, at an investment of 1 billion shekels. Fattal had opened Herods Herzliya on the artificial island 11 years ago, at a cost of about 300 million shekels.

The Yacht was designed by architect Ilan Pivko and has 325 rooms, including 85 suites. Some of the suites are garden suites with private pools, while others offer open panoramic views of the sea. The hotel’s design is inspired by a luxury yacht and includes large works by artist Miriam Cabessa, intended to echo light and the movement of the waves and connect the property to its setting in Israel.

On the food side, the hotel has two chef-led restaurants that will also be open to the public. MARÉE will be run by chef Eitan Mizrahi and chef Alex Zubka, while Club Marin, set to open later this month, will be operated by chef Avi Biton and partners from the Popolare group. The hotel also has a 50-meter pool, a spa with seven treatment rooms, a sauna, and an outdoor jacuzzi.

For business and events, The Yacht includes a hall for up to 400 guests, an executive lounge, two meeting rooms, and two rooftop areas on the fourth and seventh floors. Fattal’s co-CEOs, brothers Assaf and Nadav Fattal, said the hotel was created to offer an Israeli hospitality experience based not only on luxury but on atmosphere, and they expect it to become one of the country’s most sought-after destinations.
