Fattal Hotel Group is completing The Yacht, a new hotel on an artificial island in Herzliya Marina that it says is the most expensive hotel project built in Israel’s central region in recent years. The investment is estimated at about 1 billion shekels. The hotel, part of Fattal Limited Edition, was designed by architect Ilan Pivko with a team led by Amir Tzoref, Eliran Dahan and Shlomi Zalkind, and was inspired by ships and yachts to blend into the marina landscape.
The property will have 325 rooms and suites, including 85 suites in several categories. Some rooms face the mooring area directly, others overlook an inner green courtyard. The lineup includes garden suites with private pools by the water, panoramic suites in the bow of the building, and a presidential suite for diplomats and VIP guests. The interiors and balconies were planned to emphasize views of the marina, the sea traffic and the waterfront.
At the center of the hotel is a pool complex anchored by a 50-meter main pool, described as one of the largest in an urban hotel in Israel, alongside a splash pool, a toddler pool and a drink bar. There are also two rooftop areas, one on the fourth floor with a pool and bar facing the marina, and a seventh-floor space called THE VIEW offering nearly 360-degree views of the sea and horizon as a quiet relaxation area.
On the culinary side, chef Eitan Mizrahi, who also serves as Israel’s national football team chef, will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage operation, including the Mediterranean restaurant MARÉE and SKIPPER'S BAR. Chef Avi Biton and the Popolar group will open Club Marin, a Riviera-style restaurant on the waterline with a menu inspired by coastal cities such as Saint-Tropez and Positano. The hotel also includes a KEDEM SPA with seven treatment rooms, a dry sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi, a gym, a business lounge, a children’s club called Little Captain and the HORIZON events hall for up to 400 guests. Fattal says the hotel is expected to open in the coming weeks, between late June and early July 2026.
