Fattal Group has opened The Yacht, a new luxury hotel at Herzliya Marina, as part of its Fattal Limited Edition collection. The project cost about NIS 1 billion and was designed by architect Ilan Pivko on a site surrounded by water on three sides. The hotel has 325 rooms and suites, including about 85 suites, and offers sea and marina views, an inner courtyard with two pools, garden suites with private pools, bow-shaped suites, and a presidential suite for VIP guests.
A check on the hotel’s website showed that a two-night weekend stay for two, from July 9 to 11, starts at NIS 4,132 for a deluxe room with breakfast. A deluxe room with a balcony starts at NIS 4,846, while a room facing the marina starts at NIS 5,067. At the top end, the 92-square-meter Captain’s Suite starts at NIS 21,591 for the same dates, and a suite with a private pool starts at NIS 10,541.
The hotel’s dining options include the MARÉE chef restaurant with a modern Mediterranean menu, the SKIPPER’S BAR lobby bar, and the waterfront Club Marin restaurant, which is set to open at the end of June or early July. Club Marin is run by chef Avi Biton and partners from the Popular group, and Fattal says it is inspired by seaside restaurants in Marbella, Positano and Saint-Tropez. Culinary operations are led by chef Eitan Mizrahi, who also serves as Israel’s national football team chef.
The property also features a 50-meter pool, a children’s pool, a splash pool, two rooftop areas, the THE VIEW rooftop on the seventh floor, and the HORIZON events hall overlooking the marina for up to 400 guests. The spa has seven treatment rooms, a sauna, an outdoor jacuzzi, a gym, a business lounge, meeting rooms and a kids’ club, with wellness services provided by KEDEM SPA.
Pivko said the design was inspired by a luxury yacht, with flowing spaces, natural light and constant sea views, and the interior uses white, natural wood and blue tones. The hotel also displays works by five Israeli creators, including Gal Gaon, Gur Inbar, Miriam Cabassa and Tzach Cohen. Fattal co-CEOs Assaf Fattal and Nadav Fattal said The Yacht was meant to create a different hospitality experience in Israel and expected it to become a sought-after destination.
