Ben-Gvir Visits Temple Mount, Declares Israelis 'Masters of the House'

Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir visited the Temple Mount on Monday, coinciding with the Sukkot holiday. During his visit, he delivered a statement reflecting on the events of October 7th and highlighting Israel's subsequent achievements.

"The seventh of October was immense pain, great pain. But today, three years later, Sukkot, a holiday of joy, and we can rejoice in many things that have happened since," Ben-Gvir stated. He asserted that Hamas's goal was to defeat Israel, referring to their operation as 'Al-Aqsa Flood.' "And today, we are the masters of the house on the Temple Mount! We are the masters of the house in the prisons. We have turned the lives of their terrorists into hell. We have distributed weapons, opened emergency readiness classes. Three years later, with Israel heading towards absolute victory!"

Ben-Gvir concluded his remarks by praying on the Temple Mount for "absolute victory, complete redemption, death to all terrorists, and sovereignty here in the most important place for the Jewish people." He reiterated, "They wanted to win. We defeated them, first and foremost here on the Temple Mount."
