Herzog Opens Presidential Residence to Public for Sukkot Celebration

President Isaac Herzog and his wife, Michal, will open the doors of the Presidential Residence to the public on Tuesday, September 29, to welcome citizens at the "President's Booth" in celebration of Sukkot. The event, running from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, will be held under the theme "Israeli Spirit, A Journey Through Culture and Sports Towards a Shared Israeli Future," in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and Sports.

The program features a variety of cultural, artistic, and sporting activities. These include a special performance by the "Refivo Project" ensemble, a living museum of Israeli cinema and television, literary events, storytelling sessions, and Israeli karaoke accompanied by a live band. The celebration also incorporates sports activities for all ages, including a wheelchair basketball experience in collaboration with "Beit HaLohem," alongside circus performances, acrobatics, and comedic juggling.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to see the live broadcast studio of "Reshet Gimel," which will play Israeli music throughout the day and stream the "Refivo Project's" performance from the booth's platform. During the festivities, President Herzog and Michal Herzog will meet and greet visitors. The public from across the country is invited to participate and celebrate the holiday at the open booth at the Presidential Residence.
