Israel Strikes Hezbollah Arms Depot in Lebanon, Eliminates Hamas Commander in Gaza

The Israeli military (IDF) conducted an airstrike on a Hezbollah weapons depot in the Sajoud area of southern Lebanon, targeting munitions that posed a threat to IDF forces operating nearby. According to an IDF spokesperson, the depot stored weapons used to attack and disrupt IDF operations in the security zone. The IDF stated that any hostile action from Lebanese territory against Israeli civilians or forces would be met with a strong response, while reaffirming commitment to the agreement between Israel and Lebanon and the ongoing effort to neutralize immediate threats.

In separate operations in the Gaza Strip, IDF forces eliminated two Hamas operatives in both naval and ground actions. In the Nuseirat area, Ibrahim Fuzi Ismail Mahsan, identified as a "Nukhba" company commander in Hamas's military wing, was killed. Another operative, Muhammad Kamel Suleiman Mohsen, was eliminated in Khan Younis. The IDF reported that both individuals had recently advanced terror plans against Israeli forces and civilians and were working to restore Hamas's military capabilities, systematically violating the ceasefire agreement.
