Tulkarm Resident Arrested in Herzelia on Suspicion of Indecent Assault
Police arrested a 22-year-old from Tulkarm on Monday night after he allegedly committed indecent acts against a minor and a woman at a beach in Herzelia. According to police, the suspect was in Israel illegally.
Police said officers arrived at the beach after receiving a report about the incident and detained the man at the scene. He reportedly tried to identify himself as an Israeli citizen.
He was expected to be brought later in the day before a court, where police will ask to extend his remand.
