Illegal Resident Arrested for Indecent Acts Against Young Woman in Jaffa

Israeli police arrested a 32-year-old illegal resident from the West Bank on suspicion of committing indecent acts against a 26-year-old woman in Jaffa. The woman contacted the police after waking up in the early morning in distress, reporting that a man had assaulted her while she was asleep in her home. The suspect is reportedly a worker in the building where the woman lives, who occasionally enters her apartment to fix electrical issues. After the woman woke up and shouted, the suspect fled the scene.
