The Rami Levy supermarket chain and its subsidiary, Rami Levy Stock, have issued a recall for a "6-in-1" multifunctional children's tricycle due to a potential safety defect. The product, manufactured by Lunabo, was only recently introduced to stores on September 23, 2026. The recall was initiated to address concerns after the company received information about a possible manufacturing flaw related to the tricycle's rear parent-control handle. This handle is designed for parents to push the child, but a potential malfunction could cause it to detach unexpectedly during use, posing a safety risk to children. Customers who purchased the tricycle are urged to immediately stop using it and return it to any Rami Levy or Rami Levy Stock store. Upon return, customers can opt for a full refund or a repair with compensation, with specific details to be provided by store staff. Notably, the recall comes just two days after the chain launched a special promotion on the tricycle, selling it for 249.90 shekels, or 199.90 shekels for customers using the Rami Levy SuperFly bank card. The tricycle is advertised with features such as EVA puncture-resistant wheels, a sun canopy, a sturdy frame, and a safety bumper, and is designed to adapt to a child's development.
