New Poll Shows Gadi Eisenkot's Party Leading, Netanyahu Bloc Tied
A new Israeli public opinion poll released Thursday evening shows the "Yashar" party, led by former IDF Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot, in first place with 23 Knesset seats. The Likud party, headed by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, trails in second place with 19 seats.
"Behachad" party, led by Naftali Bennett, secured third place with 13 seats. Following them, Otzma Yehudit received 9 seats. Shas, Democrats, and Yisrael Beiteinu each garnered 8 seats, while United Torah Judaism and the Joint List obtained 7 seats apiece.
Ra'am and Religious Zionism are projected to receive 5 seats each. "Amcha Yisrael," led by Ofer Vinter, and the "Reservists-Economic" party both received 4 seats, surpassing the electoral threshold.
The poll also analyzed bloc support. The bloc supporting Netanyahu, including "Amcha Yisrael," is projected to win 52 seats. The bloc opposing Netanyahu also received 52 seats. Arab parties collectively obtained 12 seats, and the Hendel-Zalicha party secured the remaining 4 seats.
