Bono Restaurant Offers Exceptional Burgers and Prime Rib
The newly opened Bono restaurant, located in the Emek Hefer Industrial Park, offers a high-quality meat experience, combining a butcher shop, meat factory, and restaurant under one roof. The establishment, owned by Niti and Dvir of the Mazal Shor group, aims to provide a comprehensive meat-focused dining experience.
The restaurant features an open kitchen with burgers grilling and a vintage-inspired decor. The menu includes a large chicken salad for 69 shekels and a 220-gram classic hamburger with fries and a drink for 79 shekels. An optional addition of foie gras costs an extra 35 shekels.
Reviewers praised the hamburger's brioche bun, garlic aioli, and crispy fries, but particularly highlighted the aged, tender, and juicy patty, noting that it required no additional sauce. The prime rib on the bone, cooked to a perfect medium-rare, was also commended for its authentic meat flavor.
Customers can also purchase the same high-quality burgers from the adjacent Mazal Shor butcher shop, which also offers meat delivery to the central region. The owners, Niti and Dvir, stated that opening Bono was a natural extension of their passion for meat, food, and hospitality, allowing customers to both buy and enjoy their meat on-site. The restaurant is named after the family's German Shepherd, Bono.
Bono is located at 21 Zvi HaNachal Street in the Emek Hefer Industrial Park and is open Sunday to Thursday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Friday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. It is kosher certified by the Rabbinate of Emek Hefer.
