Israel Weather Forecast: Cloudy Skies and Scattered Showers Expected September 24

Israel's Meteorological Service has forecast cloudy conditions with scattered showers for Thursday, September 24, 2026. Temperatures are expected to remain within the typical range for this time of year. Light drizzle is anticipated in the morning along the Mediterranean coast, particularly in the southern areas.

Jerusalem will experience temperatures between 17 and 28 degrees Celsius. Tel Aviv and Haifa will see highs of 30 degrees, with lows around 23 degrees. Eilat is predicted to be the warmest, reaching up to 35 degrees with a low of 25 degrees. Beer Sheva's temperatures will range from 21 to 31 degrees.

Other regions will also see varied temperatures: the Dead Sea coast from 25 to 33 degrees, Ashkelon and Ashdod from 22 to 30 degrees, and Ariel from 19 to 29 degrees. Tiberias and the Sea of Galilee area will have temperatures between 22 and 34 degrees, while the Golan Heights will range from 19 to 32 degrees.

Sea temperatures along the Mediterranean coast have reached 29 degrees Celsius, with waves between 50 and 100 cm. Winds are expected to be northwesterly at up to 15 km/h along the Tel Aviv and Haifa coast. Near the Sea of Galilee, winds could reach 30 km/h, and in the Eilat Bay area, a northeasterly wind of up to 30 km/h is forecast.
