Israel Weather Forecast: Mild Temperatures, Variable Clouds Expected
Israel's Meteorological Service forecasts mild, near-seasonal temperatures for Thursday, September 24th, with variable cloud cover. Light rain may occur along the Mediterranean coast, particularly in the south, during the morning. Temperatures will range from 17-28 degrees Celsius in Jerusalem, 23-30 in Tel Aviv and Haifa, 25-35 in Eilat, and 21-31 in Beersheba. The Dead Sea area will see temperatures between 25-33 degrees, Ashkelon and Ashdod 22-30, Ariel 19-29, and the Sea of Galilee region 22-34. The Golan Heights are expected to experience temperatures from 19-32 degrees Celsius.
Water temperature along the Mediterranean coast will be 29 degrees Celsius, with wave heights of 50-100 cm. Winds will be predominantly northwesterly along the coast, reaching up to 15 km/h in Tel Aviv and Haifa. The Sea of Galilee will experience northwesterly winds up to 30 km/h, while the Eilat Bay will have northeasterly winds up to 30 km/h.
No significant weather changes are anticipated from Friday through Tuesday. However, a drop in temperature is expected on Wednesday, with some areas potentially experiencing rain.
