New 'Yesach Hasde' Branch Opens in Sderot, Serving Growing Population

A new branch of the 'Yesach Hasde' supermarket chain has opened in Sderot, located at 1 Ariel Sharon Street, aiming to provide accessible shopping for residents of the city and surrounding communities. The opening ceremony included the affixing of a mezuzah by Rabbi Dror Twil, Chief Rabbi of Sderot, alongside Rabbi Moshe Zev Pizam of Chabad, Mayor Alon Davidi, and 'Yesach Hasde' CEO Ran Aharoni.

Speakers at the event highlighted Sderot's recovery and growth since a difficult period of conflict three years prior, noting the influx of new residents. Ran Aharoni expressed his long-held dream of opening a branch in the south, calling the Sderot opening an "exciting event" and a testament to the city's "power of life." He emphasized that 'Yesach Hasde' is proud to contribute to this growth by offering a convenient location with a wide selection of quality products at affordable prices.

Religious leaders blessed the initiative, noting the importance of providing high-quality kosher products for the city's growing population, many of whom adhere to strict kashrut standards. Mayor Davidi praised 'Yesach Hasde' for opening a branch that meets the community's needs and contributes to the city's development.

The new Sderot branch offers a wide range of products, including fresh poultry and fish, fruits, vegetables, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and baby products, all with strict kashrut supervision and a focus on freshness and quality, consistent with the chain's established standards and pricing.

This Sderot location joins other 'Yesach Hasde' branches across Israel, including in Bnei Brak, Jerusalem, Beit Shemesh, Beitar Illit, Ashdod, Modi'in Illit, Elad, Rekhasim, Tiberias, Safed, Afula, and Be'erot Yitzhak.
